Grants for your digital office and team training.
What the state covers, what it does not, and who applies.
State programs such as Digitalbonus Bayern and the Federal Employment Agency support digitalization and staff training with grants that do not have to be repaid. The amount depends on the federal state and the size of the company. Your company submits the application itself; for Digitalbonus Bayern, this is done through its ELSTER business account. We supply the quote and the documents in the form the grant authority asks for. The federal programs Digital Jetzt and go-digital have ended. We do not provide grant consulting (Fördermittelberatung) as defined by the German Legal Services Act (RDG).

The three main programs
Digitalbonus Bayern
Covers 50% of eligible costs, up to 7,500 EUR (Standard) or 30,000 EUR (Plus). For companies based in Bavaria; the program runs until 31 December 2027.
Qualifizierungschancengesetz
For companies with fewer than 10 employees, up to 100% of course fees and up to 75% of wages during training. Larger companies receive lower rates.
BAFA consulting grants
50% of consulting costs of up to 3,500 EUR (80% in the eastern German states), only with consultants registered with BAFA. METLAGO is not one of them; our Routine Audit is free and is not billed through BAFA.

Apply before you start
- Your company applies before signing the contract and before the project starts (Digitalbonus Bayern: through its ELSTER business account).
- No retroactive grants: projects that have already started are excluded.
